New release of Support Suite is ready to assist clients! Micro Partners have launched the much anticipated release of its new enhanced Support Suite. We are proud to announce that our latest build has matured to stable and is now available to the public. This build contains several enhancements over the previous release. Specific functionality in this Support Suite includes: • New ticket requests for 'Demonstration', Installation', and 'Training' assistance, along with 'RMA' and 'Documentation' request • New updated 'Knowledgebase' area for all your technical queries • New 'Troubleshooter' area for step by step guides • New 'News' area for all up-to-date product launches and headlines. You can also subscribe to receive all headlines to your email address • New 'Download' area for all Firmware, Software, How-To Guides, Datasheets, Product Brochures, White Papers, and Case Studies • New 'Search' filter to find what you require throughout the site The new Support Suite will be available on Monday 7th November 2011. Throughout the month of November the database will be updated with new articles, firmware versions, and software releases.
